QUICK TIP: Oatmeal & Honey Mask

Get Smooth Skin With Ingredients From Your Kitchen

Your face will feel so soft after using this simple oatmeal & honey mask. The combination makes for a cleansing and gentle exfoliant. It’s easy, inexpensive, effective, and you can find all of the ingredients right in your kitchen!

Before starting any new skin treatment, you should test a small area of your skin to ensure you don’t have an allergic reaction.


1 tbsp oatmeal
2 tsp honey
3/4 tsp distilled water


  1. Grind oats with coffee grinder or by rubbing between palms.
  2. Mix oatmeal, honey and distilled water until it forms a thick paste.
  3. Wash and dry your face and apply face mask (avoid eye area) and leave on for for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Rinse off by massaging in circular motion to loosen.
