Before starting any new skin treatment, you should test a small area of your skin to ensure you don’t have an allergic reaction.
1 tbsp oatmeal
2 tsp honey
3/4 tsp distilled water
- Grind oats with coffee grinder or by rubbing between palms.
- Mix oatmeal, honey and distilled water until it forms a thick paste.
- Wash and dry your face and apply face mask (avoid eye area) and leave on for for 20-30 minutes.
- Rinse off by massaging in circular motion to loosen.
